This Investor Charter is published in line with AMFI's prescribed format for Mutual Fund Distributors, so investors know what to expect from us, what we expect from them, and how to raise a grievance.
A. Vision and Mission Statement for Investors

- To help investors make informed investment decisions.
- To promote responsible and disciplined investing.
B. Details of Business Transacted With Respect to Investors
As an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-262744), KB Finvest:
- Provides basic knowledge of mutual funds and their related risks to clients and prospective investors.
- Educates clients about their rights and obligations, and the role of a mutual fund distributor.
- Guides investors on how and where to access NAV, factsheets, and other scheme-related information.
- Provides complete portfolio-related information and any other services agreed upon.
- Assists investors in completing applications, KYC, and transaction paperwork accurately.
- Addresses client questions and complaints promptly and transparently.
C. Grievance Redressal Mechanism
If you have a grievance regarding services provided by KB Finvest, you may raise it through the following escalation matrix:
- Level 1: Contact KB Finvest directly by email at info@kbfinvest.com or WhatsApp at +917016330550. We aim to acknowledge every grievance within 2 business days and resolve it within 15 business days wherever possible.
- Level 2: If unresolved, escalate to the concerned Asset Management Company (AMC) whose scheme the grievance relates to.
- Level 3: If still unresolved, approach AMFI at www.amfiindia.com (Investor Grievances section).
- Level 4: File a complaint with SEBI via the SCORES portal at scores.sebi.gov.in, or through the SEBI Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) portal at smartodr.in. See our Grievance Redressal page and SMART ODR disclosure for full details.
D. Expectations From Investors (Responsibilities)
- Do your own due diligence before choosing a mutual fund distributor.
- Fill application and KYC forms completely, and provide all details truthfully.
- Read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing.
- Check all information in transaction and account statements regularly.
- Ask questions and clear doubts with your distributor before investing, not after.
- Approach only SEBI/AMFI registered distributors and AMCs for investments, queries, and grievances.
- Remember that mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; past performance is not indicative of future returns.
